By accessing or using TrackDeals (the "Service") through our mobile application (available on Google Play Store) or website (trackdealsapp.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). These Terms form a legal agreement between you and Kapil Daiya, operator of TrackDeals, based in India.

If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

TrackDeals is a free price tracking and deal notification service that allows you to:

• Track product prices on supported e-commerce platforms (Amazon India, Flipkart, Myntra, Ajio, Croma, Nykaa, and others)
• Receive instant push notifications when tracked product prices drop
• Subscribe to product categories for personalized deal notifications
• Receive curated loot deals and discount offers handpicked by our team
• View price history graphs and analytics for tracked products
• Share product deals with others

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use TrackDeals. By using our Service, you confirm that:

• You are 13 years of age or older
• You have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms
• You will use the Service in compliance with these Terms and applicable laws

4. No Account Required

When you install the app:

• An anonymous user ID is automatically generated to identify your device for notifications
• You may optionally enter a name or nickname for personalization (stored only on your device)
• You are responsible for the security of your device, including any data stored locally

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• ❌ Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purposes
• ❌ Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, decompile, or compromise our systems or apps

• ❌ Use the Service to send spam, malware, or harmful content

This means:

• This NEVER affects the price you pay — the price is identical whether you click through TrackDeals or visit the retailer directly
• Commissions help us keep TrackDeals completely free for all users
• We only recommend deals we believe offer genuine value to our users

7. Pricing & Deal Information

7.1 Accuracy of Information

We make every effort to provide accurate and up-to-date pricing information, but please understand:

• Prices on third-party e-commerce websites change frequently and without notice
• There may be delays between when a price changes and when we update it in our app
• Stock availability is not guaranteed and may change at any time
• The final price is always determined by the retailer at checkout
• Coupons, offers, and discounts may have additional terms and conditions

7.2 No Guarantee of Savings

While TrackDeals helps you find better prices, we do not guarantee that you will save money on every purchase. Final purchase decisions are your responsibility.

8. No Liability for Purchases

TrackDeals is only a price tracking and notification service. We do not sell products directly. All purchases happen on third-party retailer websites (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, etc.).

We are NOT responsible for:

• Product quality, defects, or misrepresentation
• Shipping delays, damages, or delivery issues
• Returns, refunds, or warranty claims
• Customer service disputes with retailers
• Changes in price between notification and purchase
• Out-of-stock situations
• Payment processing issues
• Any losses arising from your purchases

All content, design, logos, trademarks, and features of TrackDeals are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by Indian and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may NOT:

• Create derivative works based on our app or website
• Remove or alter any copyright notices

Product names, brands, and logos displayed in the app belong to their respective owners and are used for informational purposes only.

Our Service contains links to third-party websites and services (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, etc.). We do not control these third-party sites and are NOT responsible for:

• The content, accuracy, or availability of third-party websites

• Any damages or losses caused by third-party services

11. Service Availability

We strive to keep TrackDeals available 24/7, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may:

• Perform scheduled or emergency maintenance and updates
• Modify, add, or discontinue features at any time
• Temporarily suspend the Service due to technical issues
• Restrict access to certain regions or users if required by law

We are not liable for any losses, missed deals, or inconvenience caused by service interruptions.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• TrackDeals and its operators shall NOT be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• This includes but is not limited to: lost profits, missed deals, data loss, business interruption, or any other commercial damages
• Our total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount you paid to use the Service in the past 12 months (which is ₹0 since the Service is free)

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant or guarantee that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
• All price information is 100% accurate or current at all times
• You will save money on every deal or notification
• Notifications will always be delivered on time or at all
• The Service will meet your specific requirements
• Any defects in the Service will be corrected

14. Termination

14.1 Termination by Us

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, without notice, if you:

• Violate any of these Terms
• Engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
• Misuse the Service or harm other users
• For any reason at our sole discretion

14.2 Termination by You

You can stop using TrackDeals at any time by:

• Uninstalling the app from your device
• Clearing app data from your device settings
• Requesting data deletion via our Data Deletion page
